This page explains what Gillian England keeps when you use this website, why, who helps her look after it, and your rights. If anything here is unclear, email Gillian and she will explain.
Who looks after your information
Gillian England, who trades as Mystic Healing Therapies, is responsible for your information. You can reach her at gillian431@hotmail.com.
Bradley Digital builds and looks after this website for Gillian. Brad can see the information on it, and uses it only to do that work for her.
What Gillian keeps, and why
When you send a message
The contact form asks only for your name and your email address, so Gillian can reply to you. The booking forms also ask for your message, your phone number and your time zone, to arrange a session. Gillian uses these only to reply to you, and to arrange what you ask for.
People often share personal things when they ask for help. So before a booking message is sent, you tick a box to say Gillian may keep what you write, so she can reply. Your message records that you ticked it. You can ask her to delete your details at any time.
When you join her email list or the Vibe High Club
Gillian keeps your email address, your name if you give it, and where you joined, so she can send you her letters. She writes only to people who asked. To leave the list, press the button on the page Leave the email list, or reply to any letter, and you are off it.
When you buy something
Payments are taken by Stripe, on Stripe's own secure page. Gillian never sees or keeps your card details. From Stripe, her website receives your name, your email address, what you bought and what you paid, your postal address if she is posting something to you, and your phone number if you book a session, so she can arrange it. Gillian uses these to give you what you bought, to answer questions about your order, and to keep the records the law asks of her.
If you chose "Allow all" and came from a link that someone shared, your order may note the link's name, so Gillian can thank them. It never changes your price.
When you use the course
You sign in to the course with your email address. There is no password: Google's sign-in service emails you a link. Gillian keeps your email address, which courses you have and since when, so your course opens for you and only for you. If Gillian gave you a free place with a code, she keeps which email address used the code. The lessons you mark as done are remembered on your own device, not by Gillian.
When you have a session
What you share in a session stays between you and Gillian. She does not pass it on to anyone, unless the law requires it, or someone is at serious risk of harm. From a session she keeps only your name and the date. They are private and kept safe, and only for as long as she needs them.
When you visit the website
Like every website, this one reaches you through a server, run by a company called Vercel. The server keeps a short record of each visit, including your internet (IP) address, to keep the website safe and working. These records are deleted after a short time.
If you choose "Allow all" on the cookie note, Google Analytics counts visits: which pages are read, roughly where in the world from, how people found the website, and on what kind of device. It tells Gillian nothing about who you are. If you choose "Essential only", nothing is counted. The cookie page lists everything the website keeps on your device.
The law that allows this
- Replying to you, and giving you what you bought: because you asked, and to keep the agreement you made when you bought.
- Keeping order records: because the law requires tax records.
- What you write in a message, her email list, counting visits with Google Analytics, and remembering who sent you: because you agreed. You can take your agreement back at any time.
- Keeping the website safe and working: because it is in Gillian's legitimate interest, and in yours.
No decision about you is ever made by a computer alone.
Who helps Gillian
These companies hold or handle information for Gillian. Each must keep it safe, and use it only for her, or under its own privacy rules for its own part.
- Stripe takes payments. Stripe also uses payment details to prevent fraud, under its own privacy notice at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
- Google stores messages, orders and course places, sends course sign-in emails, holds the course films and files, and counts visits if you allow it.
- Vercel runs the server that sends you this website.
- Bradley Digital builds and looks after this website, with the tools Brad uses for that work.
Videos on this website play from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode. Links to Amazon, Rumble, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook take you to those websites, which have their own privacy rules.
Gillian never sells your information, and never shares it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Information sent outside the UK
Stripe, Google and Vercel may handle information in the United States and other countries. When they do, it is protected by the UK's data bridge with the United States, or by contract terms approved under UK law.
How long Gillian keeps it
- Messages: 2 years after your last message. Then they are removed by themselves.
- Sessions: only your name and the date of each session, for as long as she needs them.
- Orders: 6 years, because the law requires tax records.
- Course places: for as long as you have the course.
- Her email list: until you leave it.
- Counted visits in Google Analytics: 14 months.
- The server's records: a few weeks at most.
Your rights
You can ask Gillian:
- for a copy of the information she holds about you;
- to correct anything that is wrong;
- to delete your information, apart from records the law says she must keep;
- to stop or limit using it;
- to send it to you, or to someone else, in a common format.
You can remove your information yourself, at any time, on the page Remove your information. It first emails you a link, to prove the address is yours. Then one press removes your messages, your place on the email list and your place on the course. Orders stay for six years, as the tax law asks.
Where you gave your agreement, you can take it back at any time. For anything else, email gillian431@hotmail.com. It is free, and Gillian will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, please tell Gillian at gillian431@hotmail.com, and she will put it right.
Children
This website is for adults. Some of Gillian's courses and gifts are suitable for young people, but a parent or guardian should buy them, sign in, and send any messages.
Keeping it safe
Your information is kept by the companies above, behind sign-in, and only Gillian and Bradley Digital can see it. This website always reaches you over a secure connection.

If this page changes, the new version will be here, with a new date at the top.
